As a food service industry professional I can tell you that quality cookware and affordable cookware sets are under-rated. I used to be surprised by culinary disasters due to sub-par preparation tools. I’ve met a number of people who believe that because their food cooks inconsistently or improperly that their cooking skills are to blame.
